Dementia attacks the very core of what makes us uniquely human and devastates not only the individual but that person's loved ones. Research efforts are making strides in the diagnosis and treatment of dementia-related disorders, but the fight against these conditions relies upon research partnerships and financial support from people like you.
The faculty and staff of the Bryan Alzheimer's Disease Research Center (ADRC) wishes to acknowledge and thank all of those who have supported the center with gifts large and small. To continue to bring the benefits of academic medicine to our patients and people around the world, the Bryan ADRC depends on gifts from patients, families, Duke alumni, and other community members. In fact, individual gifts, large and small, provide Duke’s greatest source of non-government support.
Even modest donations, when combined, create a significant source of support for research, teaching, charity care, and patient care missions. Your gift to the Bryan ADRC may take whatever form best meets your needs or circumstances—whether that’s a memorial, honorary, or planned gift; a bequest through your will; or an outright gift of cash or valuable personal property.
